30 Days of the Big Bang Theory Challenge, Day 7: Best Scene
Shamy plus Star Trek plus playing Doctor… with Leonard walking in on them. We’ve got a winner.
(Covers by Alitah)
Hey lovely Shamy shippers just a note/reminder that we have begun topic selection on Meg’s blog here! The goal is for all of the submissions to be in by the end of July so that editing and graphics can start in August. If you don’t want to write, but want to contribute in some other way (such as graphics or editing) please leave a comment with what it is you want to do here on the project’s official LiveJournal community.
What is this all about?
I am so glad you asked! This is a project to write a book about everything that is Sheldon and Amy from The Big Bang Theory. The idea came from a conversation a while back between the fabulous Shamy shippers on FanForum and will include detailed analysis of their relationship development, individual development, dissection of scenes and much, much more.
Take a look at our outline!
If you would like to join us, you are more than encouraged to choose a topic here or sign up for something else here or you can always leave us a message. Please don’t hesitate to send us love, comments, and suggestions or ask questions; this is very much a collaborative group project and any and all input is welcome.
Thanks All,
Justine, Shamy Book Team.
The Hand-holding dissection:
1.) He was aware of the location of her hand.
2.) His eyes blinked as he wrapped his hand on hers.
3.) It was as if he finally let go of that breath he was holding as soon as he clasped his hand on hers.
4.) He was as if holding on to her hand for his dear life.
5.) Amy’s reaction: PRICELESS.
Oh, Shamy…

This is Alitah’s (http://infrontofplagues.tumblr.com/) first version of The Shamy Book cover back when we first started talking about it and before it had a name. Posting with permission, of course. She has plans to make more of these as well.
Also what feedback I’ve heard for the current title is all positive with no other suggestions, so as it currently stands the title is still The Shamy Dissection, though of course suggestions are always open. :)
